Her experience managing businesses remotely and from afar over the last 10 years has given her the advantage and skillset with the virtual environment that businesses are adapting to today.
Her management role for a client based in North America with subsidiary offices in Europe, was instrumental in turning the company’s negative shareholder equity to profitability within one year. Her role continued with the management team and 5 years later, the company was acquired by a US Public Company that sold for over USD 5 Million.
She brings with her a variety of industry experience; having worked in various vertical markets which include IT, consulting, non-profit organizations, charities, real estate markets, construction, event management, food and beverage, and retail. Karina’s passion drives her to guide businesses in the right direction by analyzing, developing and implementing the strategies necessary to achieve their full potential. She accomplishes this by assessing operations and creating strategic solutions allowing for easy execution, management and support.
